We are thrilled with our first harvest of naturally grown gourmet garlic. It is now curing, which mellows the taste and improves its ability to last in storage–although we’re pretty sure it will be consumed pronto! So glad you stopped by to visit our site. We spent the afternoon cleaning garlic. It does seem to help keep the mosquitoes away. We are roasting a bunch of it on the grill tonight! I will have to save some for you.l
